Welcome to The New Well, Coming April 1!

We're excited to expand this program to better serve our community! You can now participate in many different activities throughout the week. Kroc Talks will continue to take place weekly at their new time, as well as Healthy Aging Events, Community Workouts, and Wellness Workshops for the adults. Kids can participate in Kid-Fit-Go! and Mental Awareness Club (MAC).

Kroc Talks

WEDNESDAYS, 5:30–6:30PM, COMMUNITY ROOMS,
FREE & OPEN TO THE PUBLIC

Find a supportive and welcoming community at Kroc Talks and hear from local industry professionals on any number of wellness related topics.

Free childcare is provided for children between 3 months and 5 years old. Youth participants between the ages of 6 and 11 can participate in the free youth fitness program, Kid-Fit-Go.

Re-establishing a conscious relationship between the mind and body is a powerful tool for regulating stress, which has a direct impact on our ability to consciously parent. Join Terri Simmons for a mindful exploration of this vital relationship.


› May 22 - How Hope Shapes our Perspective with Katelyn Miller, Panhandle Health

This talk will focus on identifying our adverse childhood experiences and how it affects our emotional and physical health. Additionally, examining how positive experiences counteract those health effects. Having hope amidst hardships of life drastically changes perspective and the trajectory of our life.
