Welcome to The Well!

We're excited to expand this program to better serve our community! You can now participate in many different activities throughout the week. Kroc Talks will continue to take place weekly at their new time, as well as Healthy Aging Events, Community Workouts, and Wellness Workshops for the adults. Middle Schoolers can participate in Mental Awareness Club (MAC).

Kroc Talks

WEDNESDAYS, 5:30–6:30PM, COMMUNITY ROOMS,
FREE & OPEN TO THE PUBLIC

Find a supportive and welcoming community at Kroc Talks and hear from local industry professionals on any number of wellness related topics.

Free childcare is provided for children between 3 months and 5 years old. Youth participants between the ages of 6 and 11 can attend The Zone for free if their parent is participating in Kroc Talks.

› July 1 - Watts Up! Riding and Training with Power on the Stationary Bike with Trever Kuetemeyer
  5:30–7pm, Meet in Waterfront Room

  Take your cycling workouts to the next level by implementing power training. Whether you're an outdoor cyclist, triathlete, fitness enthusiast, or just want to burn a lof of calories in a short amount of time, this workshop will help you gear up your fitness. The benefits of indoor cycling are numerous and when you add power to the equation, it becomes much more effective. We will discuss the how and why behind using power to reach your goals, define Functional Threshold Power or FTP and idfferent training zones, explain benefits an dadaptations of each zone and then take you into our indoor cycling studio for a noe-hour practical application of these concepts. Be prepared to exercise, bring water/snack and towel. Bikes are SPD cleat compatible. All fitness levels can benefit!
