The Kroc Center's Recovery Center

The Salvation Army Kroc Center has partnered with North Idaho Physical Therapy since 2019 to offer Kroc Members excellence in physical therapy. NIPT has expanded services through their sister company, BioPerformance Institute, in order to offer additional modalities to Kroc Members including hyperbaric oxygen therapy, infrared sauna treatment, nutrition counseling, and massage therapy.

HydroMassage Chairs 

They look like a recliner, but with the benefit of a relaxing massage that promotes recovery after physical activity! These chairs offer customizable massages tailored to your needs with a simple touch screen. Add to your membership plan at the front desk. Ages 14+

  • $12 per month Gold Members | $16 per month Silver Members

Sessions are on a first come first serve basis. One session per day.

Sonic Platforms 

Sonic Platform's whole body vibration exercise has been shown to improve and increase balance, circulation, bone density, and break down lactic acid. It also helps build flexibility, coordination, and range of motion while shortening your recovery time from exercise. Ages 16+

  • Free for Gold Members
  • $4 for Silver Members

Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy

Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) is a non-invasive treatment that involves breathing concentrated oxygen in a comfortable pressurized chamber. This leads to more effective healing by encouraging increased oxygen absorption into the bloodstream in excess of 1200%. The pressure of the chamber increases the mobility of oxygen, while delivering 100% oxygen. This causes increased oxygen saturation for cells, tissues, fluids, and increased ATP production.

Infrared Sauna

Infrared saunas employ Far Infrared light (FIR). This invisible band warms objects without drastically raising the ambient air around you. This is the same wavelength of light you receive from the sun and is required for all living things. This light helps the mitochondria of our cells create ATP, much like chloroplasts create energy with sunlight for plants.

Massage Therapy

BPi Massage Therapy invites you to experience a custom-tailored massage that provides relaxation, recovery and rejuvenation. Whether you need corrective work to change chronic patterns of pain or just need a relaxing break, our providers will meet you where you are in a safe and healing environment. We will use techniques such as Swedish massage, Myofascial Release, Structural Release Therapy, Cranial Sacral Therapy, Hot Stone, AcuStretch and other proven techniques.
