Mission: Gym Possible 2

Mission: Gym Possible is a fun, free, team-based challenge designed to keep you and your teammates active, accountable, and connected this fall! Compete for prizes, apparel, and one free year of HydroMassage!

Starting April 12, members will compete in our free 7-week, group fitness challenge, led by our wellness coaches. Track daily activities including Group Ex classes, cardio & strength exercises, and even home-based activities like walking the dog, to earn points and boost your team to victory!

How it Works: 

To join, simply register online below and mention your preferred Kroc trainer's team. The trainers will encourage you and help keep you accountable. Starting April 12, you’ll log the minutes of any intentional exercise within the Kroc Center or healthy activities completed at home! Submit your weekly totals every Sunday to watch your team climb the leaderboard!

After six weeks of team competition, the top member from each team will enter a final showdown for the grand prize of a year of free HydroMassage.

Complete your mission, and you could earn a free T-shirt, a party, and win a year of HydroMassage!

Extra Credit! 

Want to go above and beyond? Earn an additional 10 minutes for your team by taking land or water Group Ex Classes here at The Kroc! Be sure to show your class reservation email to your coach so they can apply it to your score. The workout minutes from the class go towards your weekly total, and an extra 10 minutes will be added as bonus points! Help your team get closer to that final prize, one class at a time!

› What counts toward my exercise minutes?

Anything that gets your heart rate up! The classics like Group Ex Classes, cardio, and weight lifting, but things like walking the dog, mowing the lawn, and gardening also count! 

› How do I submit my minutes? 

Once the competition starts, submit your minutes on this page! 

Weeks run from Sunday to Saturday, so fill out the form on Sunday nights to include all workout minutes from the previous week!

For workouts from Apr 12–18, submit minutes on Sunday, Apr 19
For workouts from Apr 19–25, submit minutes on Sunday, Apr 26
For workouts from Apr 26–May 2, submit minutes on Sunday, May 3
For workouts from May 3–9, submit minutes on Sunday, May 10
For workouts from May 10–16, submit minutes on Sunday, May 17
For workouts from May 17–23, submit minutes on Sunday, May 24
For workouts from May 24–30, submit minutes on Saturday, May 30

› Is there an age restriction to participate?

Yes, members must be 12 years old or older to participate.
