October is Kroc Cares Month
The Kroc is more than a fitness center.
Through donor-supported Community Outreach programs, lives across Kootenai County are strengthened every day through safety, support, belonging, and opportunity.
If every Kroc member donated $5 a month, we would generate $35,000 in monthly impact!
Add $5, $10, or $15 per month to your membership and...
Help provide mental health services for uninsured youth and families, equipping them with life-changing skills.
Provide youth in need with new clothing to help boost their confidence and experience a sense of belonging.
Help keep participation costs low and provide scholarships so youth can develop music skills while building relationships in the community.

› Why is The Kroc doing this?
To support donor-funded Community Outreach programs that serve local children, families, and individuals throughout Kootenai County.
› Does this increase member usage at The Center?
No. Community Outreach donations do not increase membership usage, access, or participation levels.
Membership fees support the daily operations of The Kroc Center, including the pool, new equipment, utilities, and all the things to make the facility so amazing. Donations support Community Outreach programs that strengthen lives throughout our community.
› Is my donation tax-deductible?
Yes. You will receive a tax receipt.
› Where does the money go?
100% stays local and supports: • Mental Health Services for Uninsured Youth and Individuals • Clothe a Child • Rock the Kroc • 3rd Grade Swim
› Don't my membership fees already cover these programs?
Membership fees cover the maintenance of the building and equipment. Community Outreach programs are covered only by donations.
3rd Grade Swim Drowning Prevention
Help kids learn lifesaving skills! Your contribution provides swim lessons, instructors, and transportation for local third graders—teaching water safety while building confidence and fun.
Mental Health Services
Make a difference in the lives of local youth and families. Your gift supports mental health care subsidies, helping people explore emotional wellness and build stronger, healthier communities.
Clothe A Child
Give a child confidence for the school year! Donations provide children in need with a personalized shopping experience and $150 worth of new clothing, restoring dignity, joy, and a sense of belonging.
Rock The Kroc
Rock the Kroc is an innovative worship team and creative arts program designed to inspire and empower the next generation of worship leaders and performers. Students can participate in dance, drumming, guitar, bass, piano, or ukulele. Every participant in Rock the Kroc also receives vocal training, so they can shine in our youth choir.
