Need to make a change to your plan?

Do you need to update your billing or contact information? How about upgrading your membership plan? All changes must be made in person at the front desk.

HOW TO MAKE CHANGES TO MY MEMBERSHIP PLAN
Simply fill out the Change Form and bring it to The Kroc Center, or pick up a form at the front desk. All changes go into effect immediately. All membership dues are non-refundable.


HOW TO SUSPEND MY MEMBERSHIP
We understand that sometimes you may need to temporarily put a hold on your membership account. Suspension requests must be submitted no later than the 10th day of the current month.  

We can provide 2 types of suspension options. The first option is a Medical Hold. This option requires a note from your doctor excusing you from gym activities. The second option is called Suspension Plus. This option replaces your normal membership payment with a small fee each month to keep your account open while you are away. Simply fill out the Change Form and bring it to The Kroc Center, or pick up a form at the front desk.

We understand that sometimes circumstances in life change and membership is no longer a good fit. We want you to know you are always welcome to come back! If you decide to return within 30 days, we will waive your registration fee.

HOW TO CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP
There are 2 ways to cancel your membership. 

  1. Cancel your autopay online via MyKroc. (Log in to your account, go to My Membership, and click Turn Off Autopay.)
  2. Fill out a cancellation form at the front desk. 

To prevent further payments, members must stop their autopay online via MyKroc OR submit a written request no later than the 10th day of the current month (to allow time for processing). If a member’s written request is received later than the 10th day, then they will have one more payment before the account can be closed. Online cancellations take effect immediately. There is no fee charged for cancellation. All membership dues are non-refundable.
