Volunteering is one of the most enjoyable things you'll ever do. Not to mention, one of the most fulfilling. Kroc volunteers are held to the same standards as Kroc employees including application, background check, Child Safe training, and orientation.
The Kroc Center relies on more than its paid staff to meet the mission of Joan Kroc. Mrs. Kroc was clear in her intent: The Kroc Centers were to be places where children can learn from one another, individuals can seek personal growth and development, and a place for the community to gather in leisure and fellowship in an environment that embraces the love and acceptance that Jesus Christ teaches us. As a volunteer, you can help us make that dream a reality!

Karen C., Catering Volunteer
"Two to three days a week, Karen volunteers to prepare snacks for programs and food for the cafe. "I feel better when I leave from volunteering," explains Karen. "No job is too small for me to do. I enjoy who I work with and all the people are so helpful and patient. The Kroc Center is a great place to volunteer."
Connie S., Admin Volunteer
Connie, an enthusiastic and outgoing volunteer, pitches in whenever a helping hand is needed. From stuffing envelopes for upcoming mailings, to being on The Kroc's Ironman cheer crew, Connie is always ready and willing to make a difference in our community.
Ericka S., Press On Mentor
At The Kroc Center's Press On program, volunteer mentors provide leadership development to local middle school students. Erika, a Press On mentor, helps her student navigate some of the typical challenges teenage girls face in a healthy and positive way.
