Student Ministry Coordinator
The Student Ministry Coordinator will provide oversight and vision to the Corps/Church youth programming at The Kroc Center. The Student Ministry Coordinator will be a reliable conduit through which parents and teens can connect to the center. The Student Ministry Coordinator will plan, organize, and facilitate the mid-week Connection program and oversee the middle, high school, and college age Corps/Church ministries. This position will also be responsible for managing all aspects of student participation in all divisional and territorial events for student ministry. The focus of this position is to bring students into a saving relationship with Jesus Christ and to provide discipleship opportunities for them.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Oversee all aspects of Corps/Church Student Ministry.
• Lead and train staff and volunteer youth leaders on Corps/Church program and outreach ministries.
• Coordinate all volunteers and staff involved in student ministry small groups and be the primary connection for student ministry in relationship to other youth programming/activities in The Kroc Center.

Front Desk Safety Attendant, Part Time
The Front Desk Safety Attendant is responsible for maintaining and monitoring the safety of both members and employees throughout the center. Responsibilities include verifying memberships through POS system, doing rounds through the center, recognizing and monitoring suspicious behavior, diffusing stressful situations, communicating with members in an authoritative and compassionate manner, reviewing video surveillance and recommending a resolution for various scenarios within The Center.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provide great customer service to the community; see that all customers, clients and members are given prompt and courteous service
• Must be able to handle cash, make change and operate the Frontline computer software. Will wait on customers, clients and members according to established procedures
• Receive and handle incoming telephone calls, visitors and emails in a friendly and businesslike manner. Direct calls to appropriate program/staff in a timely manner.

Safety Coordinator, Full Time
The Safety Coordinator serves as a specialist in the development, implementation and administration of internal facility safety functions including maintaining customer safety requirements. This role analyzes security documents and manuals as the company’s designated security officer and maintains appropriate levels of controls. This individual will provide regular training for safety related topics and keep all staff up to date on required safety needs.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Will spend portion of every day on the floor interacting with visitors and staff. Provide training as needed to staff on the best way to handle different scenarios as they occur.
• Perform regular security sweeps.
• Ensure that the RJKCCC facility is safe for all people at all times.
• Intervene in disputes in a calm, professional manner.
• Generate legible and accurate accident and incident reports as required and submit to the appropriate department.

Theater Technician, Part Time
The purpose of this position is to assist in the execution of the technical duties for events in The Kroc Center Theater and Community Wing. This person must be able to work alongside a dynamic team, with a servant’s heart, excel in communication, organizational, multi-tasking, and customer service skills. Successful candidates will embrace the vision to encourage, equip and engage members of our community and will support all aspects of the corps vision as developed and collaborated upon with the Corps Officers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Execute a variety of technical duties in the Kroc Theater and Community Wing.
• Serve as theater technician for evening and weekend rentals and facility usage as scheduled.
• Develop proficiency in Theater audio/video/lighting/rigging systems.

Counselor in Training (CIT) Summer 2015, Unpaid Volunteer Position
The Youth Development Team is delighted to offer CIT positions for youth 14 to 16 years old who are excited about being involved at The Kroc and making a difference in children's lives. Selected applicants will be asked to assist counselors and Kroc staff in running Pee Wee and Discovery Camp throughout the summer.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assist with set-up and tear down of all activities and meals at Camp Kroc
• Participate in all camp activities
• Participate in pre-camp training and evaluations
• Assist with transitions between activities as needed

Swim Instructor
The Swim Instructor gives instruction to students of all ages and ability levels in subject areas related to swimming, presenting subject matter by demonstrating proper techniques.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Ability to assist in instructing with sound principles in the area of American Red Cross Water Safety Instructor, Preschool levels 1, 2, and 3.
• Ability to speak and communicate before both small and large groups of people with poise and enthusiasm, including but not limited to children, parents, coworkers, and staff.
• Critique and give feedback to participants regarding their performance level.
• Provide a safe, fun and enjoyable learning environment for all participants.

Certified Lifeguards
American Red Cross certification is required. Must include copies of current lifeguard certification and completed Interest Form with Employment Application. Forms can be returned to the front desk at The Kroc Center. If you are not currently certified, but are interested in lifeguarding at The Kroc Center, call our Aquatics Department at 208.763.0657 to learn about upcoming lifeguard classes.
