This year marks our 15th Birthday, and we want to invite you to party with us!

The Kroc Center is celebrating 15 years of community right here in Coeur d'Alene, and we want to celebrate all month long. You don't want to miss out on weekly giveaways, fun freebies, exclusive Kroc Member goodies, and an exciting open house party with free food, birthday cupcakes and cookies, fun games, live music, family activities, prizes, and more! 

BIRTHDAY WEEK ACTIVITIES

MAY 6: FREE KROC MEMBER BBQ • 11AM–2PM
Come by for a free lunch on the back patio! We’re cooking burgers with all the fixings, enjoying fun music, and hosting field games.

MAY 7: SENIOR WELLNESS FAIR - COFFEE & BAGELS • 10AM–NOON
Coffee and bagels on us! Visit the community rooms for a robust vendor-style fair showcasing senior health services and prizes from Kroc Departments and local businesses.

MAY 10: BIG LOBBY POP-UP DAY • ALL THROUGH THE DAY!
Join us throughout the day as we host a variety of pop-ups. We'll have live music, giveaways, and some fun birthday treats!

MAY 11: KROC OPEN HOUSE • 10AM–3PM
We're opening The Kroc to the community for FREE! Join us for fun games, free food, and activities the whole family can enjoy!

MAY 12: WORSHIP & CELEBRATION • 9AM–12:30PM
Kroc Church is hosting a Mother’s Day Pastry Tea Party before a special 10am worship service to celebrate our birthday with Special Guests!

May Day Flower Seed Giveaway!
10am–2pm

Celebrate May Day with a beautiful mix of flower seeds that are easy to grow and maintain! Mix of annual/perennial flower seeds that attracts butterflies, hummingbirds, and a variety of pollinators. Only while supplies last!

Senior Wellness Fair Promotion

Interested in our upcoming Senior Wellness Fair on May 7, but not sure what to expect? Stop by our lobby table to get the inside scoop on who will be there and how seniors have a wide variety of benefits to enjoy through The Kroc Center!

MAY IS MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS MONTH 

The Kroc Center is More than a Community Center. In 2023, The Kroc hired a licensed counselor to lead the effort to address the community's mental wellness needs. Through innovative programming and generous donor support, this effort is giving individuals, youth, and families in the community the necessary tools to have positive interactions at their own dinner tables and in their classrooms and throughout extended communities.

Donate to mental health services at The Kroc and have the amount TRIPLED up to $10,000 thanks to an anonymous donor! Help The Kroc bring affordable and accessible individual and group counseling to more youth and families in Kootenai County.
