Join us for Fall Fitness Frenzy - Team Version! 

The Kroc Wellness Coaches join forces with Kroc Members this fall to bring you Fall Fitness Frenzy - Team Version! 

Fall Fitness Frenzy - Team Version is a competition designed to help keep you and your teammates accountable while smashing your wellness goals. Sign up today to join a team and compete for the chance to win bragging rights as the most fit team and a chance to win an individual prize of personal coaching sessions. 

Here's how it works: 

Team members will track daily activity minutes (max up to 120 minutes each day), and meet with Kroc Center Coaches regularly during the first 6 weeks of the competition.  Week 7 will feature the top two teams, who will compete head-to-head for a chance to have their team enshrined on the inaugural Winner’s Trophy!

Introducing Extra Credit! 

New this year! Get extra credit for your team by taking Group Ex Classes, land or water! Show your receipt for your class to your coach and they’ll record an extra 10 minutes for your team! So you’ll get the 55 minutes of the class plus an extra 10 for your team! Each team can accrue 120 minutes of extra credit a week.

What counts toward my exercise minutes?

Anything that gets your heart rate up! The classics like Group Ex Classes, cardio, and weight lifting, but things like walking the dog, mowing the lawn, and gardening also count! 

How do I submit my minutes? 

Once the competition starts, fill out your team’s form on this page! 

Weeks run from Monday to Sunday, so fill out the form on Sunday nights to include all workout minutes.

Fill out on Sunday, October 15 for workouts from 10/9–10/15

Fill out on Sunday, October 22 for workouts from 10/16–10/22

Fill out on Sunday, October 29 for workouts from 10/23–10/29

Is there an age restriction to participate?

Yes, members must be 12 years old or older to participate.
