We are so excited to build a fun and friendly atmosphere of fitness in preparation for this years Bloomsday run in Spokane! Let’s lace up our shoes, hop in the pools and move intentionally to get ready for Bloomsday together!
During this free fun 7 week challenge we will be encouraging you to walk, run, swim and skip your way with us to Bloomsday on May 7th in Spokane!

What exactly is 'See you at Bloomsday?'
Well, we're glad you asked! This is a free fitness challenge that goes from March 19–May 3.
See you at Bloomsday was thought up by two of our amazing group ex instructors, Julie Chavis and Heather Seman. They have a passion for fitness and a love for events that have the opportunity to bring together community and well-being. Both Julie and Heather teach a variety of Aquatics Group Ex classes from gentle to high intensity classes. Next time you're looking for a new workout, swing on by and check out one of their low impact water classes!

I hear there are meetups, when are they?
The group meetups will be held right here at The Kroc Center! Julie and Heather will meet with whoever is available and wanting to on Wednesdays at 2:30pm and Saturdays at 9:30am by the flagpole at the front entry for approximate one hour walks.
Is The Kroc paying for our Bloomsday race fee?
The Kroc will give you all the information you can ask for that helps you get to the page online for sign ups and how to get to Bloomsday itself on race day, however, The Kroc will not be paying for any Bloomsday race fees.
How do I track my progress?
Tracking is based on minutes working out. For example, if you walked one hour on Monday, and spent 30 minutes lifting weights you would track 90 minutes on your tracking sheet for the day.
Tracking sheets are provided at either the Front Desk or in the Aquatics Department. To ensure nobody is getting hurt, maximum daily limit is two hours (120 minutes)
