The Sports Training and Recreation Center is one of the premier sporting facilities in the Inland Northwest. Activities like weightlifting, rock climbing, running, volleyball, basketball and indoor soccer can be enjoyed year-round. This allows all levels of athletes to remain active and prepare for their sport no matter what the weather's like outside.

Multi-Activity Gym
One of the largest spaces in the Kroc Center is the Multi-Activity Gym. This gym features a unique, fully synthetic floor rather than the wooden surface typically found in gyms. The synthetic floor not only accommodates basketball and volleyball, but also indoor soccer, floor hockey and large banquets as well. It's also very easy on the feet and legs.

Fitness Center
The 5,350 square foot fitness area is tailored to meet family, senior and youth needs. The cardio and weight training areas are fitted with the newest technology, making exercise easier and more fun than ever.

Walk/Jog Track
This elevated track passes by many of the other activity spaces in the Kroc Center. Those utilizing this walk/jog track have spectacular views of the playing fields, mountains, fitness center, natatorium, as well as other activities. Walkers and runners alike will love this feature.

Rock Climbing Wall
Rock climbing helps develop dynamic muscle strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, and mental and physical focus in people of all ages. Centrally located in the fitness center, the rock climbing pinnacle offers a variety of climbing routes for people of all skill sets.

Group Fitness Studio
On the second floor, adjacent to the Fitness Center, this element will provide a wide variety of programs to meet the growing needs of the fitness community. Aerobics, indoor cycling, martial arts, dance and ballet will be offered in this area.
