The Kroc Center Athletic, Fitness and Health Programs

Better health leads to a better you. Our fitness center is available to all members for strength, cardio, endurance, flexibility and agility training. Additional training programs, like equipment instruction and developing a proper workout routine, are also available to help you get the most out of your workout. For something a little more upbeat, the aerobics/dance studio is located on the second floor and offers a variety of aerobic, stretching and fitness classes.

Personal Fitness Coaching: $25 per 1/2 hour
Special Package Price! Five 1/2 hour sessions for only $100!
Work one-on-one with a qualified personal trainer to help you achieve all of your long-term fitness goals. Our personal training staff will work with you to develop the most effective individualized program, and will motivate and support you in remaining committed to your fitness program.

Climbing Classes

Kroc Lead Climbing Certification
Wednesdays, Feb 29–Mar 7, Ages 15+, $20
Climbers can now learn to safely lead indoor climbing routes at The Kroc Center. Participants will acquire skills such as proper clipping techniques, lead belaying, catching lead falls, taking down anchors and repelling. Prerequisites: Kroc top rope belay certification, the ability to competently climb 5.8, safe lead rope, and 8 quick draws.

K-Rock Kids Climbers
Saturdays, Feb 4–Mar 17, Ages 710, $45
Climbers will learn safety, teamwork, balance, coordination, climbing etiquette, and commands. Kroc certified instructors will teach and coach to meet individual skill levels.

Adult Fitness Classes

TAG Boot Camp
Mon/Wed/Fri, Mar 12–Apr 20, Ages 15+, $69
This boot camp is for men and women. Come and challenge yourself in a boot camp designed to strengthen and tone your TAG–thighs, abs and glutes. Accept the challenge today!

Xplode Boot Camp
Mon/Wed/Fri, Apr 30–Jun 8, Ages 15+, $69
This boot camp is for men and women. Core and cardio training will be a part of this intense boot camp, but the focus will be strength.  Come and watch your personal strength grow by leaps and bounds!

Youth Fitness Classes

Quickfit Kids
Tuesdays & Thursdays, Feb 28–Mar 15, Ages 5–11, $30
This after school fitness class will provide a 30 minute group exercise session for kids. Kids will participate in a circuit style class that will increase strength, flexibility and overall health.

Learn to Fence
Mondays, Feb 27–Mar 19, Ages 11+, $36
En Garde! This class is an introduction to the classic Olympic discipline that is now a popular high school, college and recreational sport. Our instructor has both competition and coaching experience. Equipment provided. This class can be taken multiple times. Wear non-marking athletic shoes and loose clothing.

Gold Members Free Fitness Sessions
